Dr. T. B. Rajashekar

A pioneer in digital library initiatives, Dr. Rajashekar was a faculty member at DRTC, ISI Bangalore. He promoted open-source software and digital content management systems, advancing LIS technology practices in India and set up India’s first interoperable institutional open access archive and he is also the first in India to set up an e-mail based electronic discussion forum for LIS professionals.
